I did order it and got this: "This game is not available for download yet. It will be on . Any required keys will be made available on that date. " So I cannot play Beta on steam !

If you're trying to access Green Man Gaming's site from outside of the US, you'll see region-appropriate pricing, which unfortunately often differs.
