For just over five bucks at GameFly you can get the Dead Island Game of the Year Edition. It basically ties the lowest price ever (a couple pennies off) and almost $15 off the usual $19.99 list price. The GOTY edition includes the base game, Bloodbath Arena DLC, Ryder White DLC, and Blueprint "The Ripper" Weapon. Discount ends tomorrow.

Today only! Get Dead Island GOTY edition for only $4.29. Game activates on Steam so if you don't have this game, you can add it to your never-ending-collection. Personally the game is a 5/10 at best for me, but with co-op it gets to around 6 to 7/10 (just some really grinding quest chain such as the sewer/tunnel "quests"). Other than that, for a tad bit over $4, its a fun FPS action-RPG to play with friends.

Green Man Gaming shows an April 26th release even though US release date is April 23rd. No worries, buying through GMG still gets US customers a Steam key that will activate on the 23rd. Globally the game releases on April 26th.

Last week's release of Dead Island Riptide is already 30% off thanks to GMG's weekend-only coupon. This makes it the cheapest we've seen since release date.

If you know you're going to pick up Dead Island Riptide anyway, why not grab it at a discount and with a preorder incentive? The game releases tomorrow and GMG has $8 off the PC download after coupon. It also comes with the Survivor Pack, which includes in-game bonuses like an XP/stat boost, BBQ blade, and exclusive discount weapons shop. The 20% coupon will probably work tomorrow but the DLC Survivor Pack won't be included.

Releasing in about a week, Dead Island Riptide has several decent preorder bonuses at Green Man Gaming. First off you get a choice between a $13 credit or $10 cash back. Also included is the Survivor Pack DLC which includes several in-game bonuses like a discount shop for weapons, a "BBQ Blade", and XP/stat bonuses. Finally, you'll also get a voucher for 100% off the 2009 game Risen. Both Dead Island Riptide and Risen activate on Steam.

Well I put $10 into Dead Island last year (it has since been as cheap as $5) and while the game is OKAY to play co-op with friends and it seems to have gone miles ahead in terms of player match-up, quest streaming etc since initial game launch, I gotta say I'm not a BIG fan. Having said that, zombie games are forever popular and Riptide is still anticipated. GMG has it for $30 plus cash back or credit bonus.

Dead Island is an open-world horror action-adventure video game developed for XBox 360 and PS3 which was released on September 6 2011. It's mostly a scary first-person melee combat against zombies, but its multiplayer cooperative game mode makes it less scary. Stuck in a zombie-infested island, your ultimate goal is to escape the island along with as many survivors.
