Revive the Byzantine Empire or dominate the world by trade in Europa Universalis IV - now at its lowest price ever in GameFly's 2013 Winter Sale. I love the fact you can play any of the hundreds of factions, no matter how hopeless their cause.
The most complicated game of Risk you'll ever play got cheap today in GMG's "4-play" flash sale. Europa Universals 4 drops to $16 after coupon. Lowest price ever for this game by $4. So many 4's. Fun game for the hard core strategy fan.
This week GameStop has Paradox's big August release EU4 down to $20. Lowest price ever by $9 and half the usual $40 MSRP. Pretty sure in order to enjoy this title, you've got to be a huge fan of Risk the board game.
Europa Universalis 4 less than $29 after an exclusive Dealzon coupon at GameFanShop. As a true Byzantophile should, I made several attempts at recreating the Roman Empire in this game. Despite the nearly impossible 1444 start date, I was able to survive the Ottoman onslaught one time - though the eventual extent of new Rome never became as large as the Empire of old. That's a shame.
Some of the Rome II user reviews complain the new Total War is catering too much towards casual gamers (remind you of Skyrim anyone?). If you're looking for something with a more hardcore Risk-board like strategy game, Paradox's EU4 launched less than a month ago. GMG has a 25% off coupon code right now dropping the price to $30. Elsewhere $40.
New low on this month's release Europa Universalis 4. Steep learning curve, but perfect for any hardcore Risk board game fans. GMG's new 25% off coupon drops the price to $30 - elsewhere $40. Activates on Steam.
