Just Cause 2, released in March 2010, has a huge map consisting of highly-detailed terranes, cities, and beaches. Your character Rico Rodriguez can go everywhere in this open world action-adventure game. With more than 100 hours of gameplay, finish objective and challenges to unlock weapons and upgrades, and ultimately, kill your former mentor Tom Sheldon. You earn Chaos points by completing missions and destroying enemy buildings. Chaos points can unlock missions and race challenges.
While this game was generally well received by critics and fans, scoring 84 out of 100 stars, some cited a few points of frustration. Enemies spawn fast, making you lose ammo more than you should, and you start off from a very far checkpoint when you die while in a mission. If you think these aren't supposed to be issues, then this game is fun and enjoyable. Just Cause 2 brings a new experience in gameplay. With grappling hooks, parachutes, and super weapons, it feels like a superhero in this game.
