Lenovo IdeaPad S205 Overview

Oooh.. looks like Lenovo finally released a viable candidate against the very popular HP Pavilion dm1z ultraportable laptop/netbook. The S205 netbook features the very same AMD Fusion E350 dual-core, 1.6Ghz processor with integrated Radeon HD 6310 graphics within the same chip. Very nice pre-launch pricing with the coupon that nets you the a thin and slick laptop (or netbook, however you want to call it) for well under $500. This is the successor to the S10 lines of netbooks, and it looks like 11-inch is the new 10-inch (thank goodness!). Weighing in at around 3 pounds and about 1.1-inch at its thickest point, the new S205 series is a very decent offering from Lenovo.
