You generally pay a hefty premium to get a 1080p projector over a 720p projector. But at just over $1,000 shipped, this refurb Optoma HD33 is a great deal judging from gushing reviews at Amazon, where it's currently selling for nearly $350 more. It's not LED lit, but with a rated bulb life of 4000 hours in standard mode, it's twice the typical rated bulb life of a projector. If you watched 10 hours a week, the bulb would last about 8 years, at which point 1080p resolution will be a relic of the past anyway.
