Still in stock. Dell's doorbuster deal is at $500. This is a good alternative to the Best Buy 50-inch LG Black Friday offer. All the other doorbuster deals are out of stock except for this Sharp Aquos and the 23-inch Dell monitor.

Today's price on this 50-inch Aquos ties the all-time lowest we've seen. If you need a large no-frills set, this is one of the least expensive places to start, and it's generally quite well-reviewed.

Best Buy had this HDTV for $500 flat just last week and Dell is having a similar sell on this Sharp Aquos. Very decent price for a 50-inch, plus you get a bonus of $200 Dell eGift card (delivers to you in 10-20 days, expires in 90 days) - making it a better value than last week's deal.

Just about the cheapest new condition 50-inch LED TV you'll find, and a new low by $30. Dell Home is the next lowest price at $148 more. Only a handful of reviews, with some praising picture quality and functionality and a couple contradicting the quality assessments. (Maybe the detractors bought dud sets.) If you're looking for a large name brand HDTV without extra frills, this set seems like a good place to start.
