Monitors I Use: 23-inch HP x2301, 13-inch MacBook Pro screen
Thoughts on Monitors: If you're used to a MacBook screen, you may gravitate toward a glossy monitor. And if you want the pixel pitch of your monitor to be as similar to your laptop's as possible, a 21.5-incher is your best 1080p bet. Otherwise, IPS panel monitors are ideal for color-intensive work, whereas a TN panel with a faster response time will do well for gaming.
